We started because Nan needed someone who'd actually turn up.
Willowbrook began in 2019 when our founder couldn't find consistent support for her grandmother. Six years on, we're a team of 42 support workers and coordinators across Western Sydney, still run by the same rule: the same faces, on time, every time.
Registration and standards
Core supports (daily living, community participation, SIL, short-term accommodation) and capacity building (support coordination, therapeutic supports), audited against the NDIS Practice Standards. Our registration number and certificate are available on request.
How we're governed
A quality and safeguarding lead, an incident and complaints register reviewed weekly, worker screening verified before the first shift, and an annual independent internal audit. Restrictive practices are never used without an authorised behaviour support plan.
Where we work
Western Sydney and the Blue Mountains. Office in Penrith, Western Sydney.
What we stand for
Same faces
Rostered teams, not a stranger every week.

Late twice and we call you ourselves.
Your goals
We plan around what you want, not what's easy to roster.

Plain-English agreements, no surprises on invoices.
Let's have a cuppa and talk about what you need.
