How your plan pays for support
Plain-English guide to the three budgets, who manages your money, and what we can and can't charge.
The three budgets
Core pays for daily living, community access, SIL and respite — and it's flexible across those categories. Capacity Building pays for support coordination and therapy, and is not flexible between categories. Capital pays for assistive technology and home modifications, usually against a quote.
Who manages the money
Agency-managed: only registered providers (like us) can be paid. Plan-managed: a plan manager pays invoices; you can use registered or unregistered providers. Self-managed: you pay and claim. We work with all three.
What we charge
At or below the NDIS price limit for every item, including weekend and evening rates. Travel is charged only where the rules allow and always disclosed before it happens. You'll see every claim in your portal within two business days.
Plan reviews
We provide progress reports for reassessments at no charge to participants we support, written to the goals in your plan.
Check your funding
Send us your plan (or just the budget page) and we'll tell you within a business day which services it covers and roughly how many hours.
