Fees and funding
Delivered under Core · 01_801_0115_1_1 and related items in the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. We charge at or below the price limit, including for evenings, weekends and public holidays, and never bill travel you weren't told about.
Who delivers it
Screened, trained support workers with NDIS Worker Screening and First Aid, matched to you and kept consistent. You can request a change at any time.
Cancellations
We follow the NDIS short-notice cancellation rules and tell you clearly before we'd ever charge one — and we'll never charge if the cancellation was ours.
